Yoga is a practice of the mind, body and soul. Grounding ourselves, bringing our awareness to our body and breath we begin the flow with an intention and few stretches, moving into different asanas throughout the flow. Ending with a few breathing exercises, leaving the body with a relaxed and meditative energy.
